my Canadian family, paternal side, and some friends of the family. This was Christmas/New Years for the end of 2006 and i had not seen them in 4 years, i think. i don't get to see them as often as i'd like as i don't come to North America but once every two years to see my maternal family in the US. not an excuse just a fact.
